INGREDIENTS FOR VITAMIN C 1500MG TABLETS: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, HPMC), Stabiliser [hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), crosslinked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose (SCMC)], Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking Agent (silica, veg. magnesium stearate), Coating (SCMC, dextrin, dextrose, soy lecithin, sodium citrate). * This amount of vitamin may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.

 

Recommended Daily Intake of Vitamin C 1500mg Tablets:

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily with food (preferably in the morning). Adults can take up to two tablets daily if required. Tablets to be swallowed whole. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
